Car Paint Pro

A warning to all potential future victims

Car Paint Pro is probably the worst panel beater in Pretoria. I only wanted them to paint my D/C's new wheel arches and refit it the way I trial fitted it, initially.

I waited for more than a week, after they collected my vehicle from my home, with numerous follow up correspondence during that period I received various explanations / excuses why it took so long for such a small job.

I was patient until the week after and on delivery of my vehicle at my home @ night, I came to realize why it took so long to complete the job. My vehicle was washed a day before they took it, only to realize when I received my vehicle back that my vehicle had been used over the weekend, for recreational purposes, somewhere on a dirt road. On further inspection, I noted that the paint did not match from one arch to the next and the fit up was very poor and misaligned. Whoever did the fitment of the arches was definitely *********** and had no idea what was cooking

Fact is I had to pay for such poor quality, and unprofessional service, and also having to deal with the fact that my vehicle was used on a dirt road, without my permission / consent, probably to cart around quad bikes, and the audacity to deliver my vehicle in such a filthy state, it's pathetic.

In my opinion, the company;s name does not do their quality / professionalism justice!!!!!
