Unbelievably rude, unresponsive, breach of contract, dont process refund

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!?? I made a booking to transfer a non-runner from a JHB salvage yard to CPT but the salvage yard messed up and the sale was cancelled. I immediately called Car Movers to cancel the transport and they assured my that I would be refunded in FULL. Almost two weeks later I still don't have a refund, the business owner KIREN KAYLAN does not respond to calls or emails. His side kick MARTIN GRIMES is extremely rude, swore at me several times over the phone when I asked about my refund and whether I should send a legal letter of demand. People like this should NOT be in business, stay clear of them!
