Poor Service

<p>Never use this poorly managed company!!! I had arrangements for my car to be transported from Jeffreys Bay to Pretoria. First arrangement was that my car will be picked up on the 19/04/2017. Their excuse then was that they received payment too late and have to re-book my car for Friday 21/04/2017. Then I was told by Martin Grimes he did not say they will collect the car on Friday but on Saturday but did not put anything in writing. At 20:32 I received a message that they have a problem with their truck and will only be able to transport my car on Monday. I had to call him and said it doesnt suit me and want them to refund my money. Martin then started swearing at me and said that I will have to see how I get the money from him!! He also said that I must mail him a letter to admit that I cancelled the agreement and if I do that i will loose my money. Please read all comments reviews on this company on facebook and google reviews. Be warned that you stand risk of loosing when dealing with this company. Martin Grimes refused to give me the company's owners contact details so I suspect that he might be the owner.</p>
