AVOID!!! AVOID!!! Extremely poor customer service!

If you are looking for a company with good customer service and decent communication...AVOID THIS ONE!!!!!! Communication from Pat was basically non-existent. I had to follow up from my side frequently with little satisfaction as to when to expect pick-up of my vehicle. I wasted a tremendous amount of time on waiting around for promised feedback only to be left with no response. Eventually, it was expected of me to be available for pick-up after 8PM, at a location 160km away from where I live, which I would not have known if I hadn't called them a few hours before to find out what was going on...this after I asked for updates on several occasions on the days prior, making mention of the fact that I would not be available on this particular day. On the eventual day of pick-up, I was requested by Pat to arrive at the location an hour earlier than what I had communicated with her. Upon my arrival at the pick-up location, I was given the driver's number, only to find out that he was still 2 hours away, and that he did not know how to get to the location! So after making an effort to be there earlier as requested, I ended up waiting for 3 hours! Although the ground staff (Vincent and team) was super helpful, friendly and efficient, if you value your time and expect decent customer service, I would strongly encourage anyone to make use of ANY other company.
