Do not! Do not! Give your money to these people! I paid to move a car from Pretoria to Cape town, they were supposed to fetch the car on a Tuesday, when the day came they did not call or let alone answer phone callso or messages! Wednesday I decided to go to their offices! Upon arrival I was methinking by Pat who gave me excuses, the same,me excuses I read about here! "The truck broke down as it was leaving the yard" and that she had no control of that. What ****ed me off is how rude she was saying it as if I did not pay her my money! They did not even have the decency to call and apologise and also arrange another date. She said the truck is being fixed and will collect the car later that day. At this point I was even skeptical about handing over my very new car to these people. Wednesday night came and they did not come fetch the car, I had to fly our that Friday and needed the car by Monday and at this point it was quite clear that I am dealing with a very UNPROFESSIONAL UNGOVERNABLE AND ********** company. Thursday morning I went back to their offices to ask for a refund, Pat said it would take 7-10 working days. It's the 4th week now and I still haven't received my money! The owner Kirn does not reply to emails or take calls! They think they can ***** from people and just walk away! This time they played the wrong woman! I will be escalating the matter with my lawyer now. I am also going to expose them on national television! People must know that thus company is a *****! Please do not give them your money! Rather go with companies that are well known like auto freight and Biddulph. Don't give these opportunists your money!
