Car Movers SA negligent driver

Car Movers SA had their truck for maintenance at a premises that I own. On collection their driver drove into our gate and damaged our gate and supporting posts. Alan Smith and Ian Smith do not reply to messages or emails to discuss their responsibility. We had 2 quotes for repairs and used the cheapest of the 2. Alan had issues with payment from the moment I send the invoice to get paid for damages on my property. Sometimes I had to phone up to 20 times a day to get a response from Car Movers SA. I send in the vicinity of 30 emails to get insurance details or payment. After more than 3 weeks they paid less than half the money for the damages and said they felt it was sufficient. I am highly disgusted that I must pay for damages that an employee of Car Movers SA caused. Furthermore the management refused insurance details. I feel I need to warn consumers to be aware of their lack of responsibility for damages caused by THEIR truck an driver - according to my experience with the company. I am uncertain how they think that I must recover the money to the damaged gate as the contractor had to be paid on completion.
