*****ULENT SALES AGENTS!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I took up a warranty plamnand service plan with them shortly after purchasing a second hand vehicle. I explained to the sale agent that the vehicle was just serviced by the previous owner and he had stated that it was serviced between 160k and 163k the agent was fine with me not having a previous service book and my plan was booked. I called up to book a service with them and was flat out refused. I asked them to refund my previous months to which another agent called me to explain that I got it all wrong and can still book a service. After 2 calls cut off in the middle of me speaking I still haven't booked my service with them and now I'm having to send my car in to get serviced and pay cash. I would like a refund and to cancel my service plan. This company and is absolute waste of time. The sales team LIES anything to get a sale and then the customer is left paying out of pocket.
