This review is based on my interaction with Tim (not sure if it Tim or Kim, but he is a very friendly gentleman). He had all the knowledge on your products and helped me understand what i was signing up for without rushing to just get me to sign. He made sure i understood and also gave me a chance to make sure i am reassured that my need is being understood. Overall a great call and i hope the service i get will be just as good. Give that man a raise
