They will not allow you to cancel policy

I sent them below email within 24 hours and they refusing to cancel policy This email serves to confirm cancellation of the policy taken. The cancellation is within 24 hours from taking this policy after having to read the policy schedule. I have read and do not agree with the policy such that some of the information was not declared such as tire betterment, 25000km or 8 months waiting period for break pads and disk. The sales person failed to answer my questions truthfully as I asked him about any excess payable for tire claims. He also went on and said my break will be changed on the next service without stating the waiting period for his personal benefit of commission. Having to have read hello peters comments, I’m of the view that most dealerships do not want to work with you due to the trend of not paying invoices. The number of poor reviews from customers are also bad. I have decided to part ways with Motor Plan direct together with its underwriter MVIA with immediate effect. Unhappy customer
