The sale representative sold me incorrect information

The sale representative sold me incorrect information. At a later stage I tried to cancel my policy but I was interested in the tyre policy. There was miscommunication. The consultant who assisted me was helpful and friendly. Soon after processing a tyre claim, the claim was rejected because it was deemed worn out, and my tyre was still new. After proving otherwise, they couldn't process my claim because of a new waiting period that I was not informed about when purchasing the product/service. This was a month after waiting. I asked them to investigate. Nothing was resolved.
