The consultant was very helpful... I have concerns about the plan I'm currently on as the service providers charger higher fees plus their labour if extremely high and yet my plan limits are lower. So it's ideal to increase the cover limits. And also looking to have a service cover - which the consultant did say that she will be escalating to the correct department to create quotes and call me to discuss accordingly
