Motorplan Direct- what a useless company

My sister took a service plan with these guys, what a nightmare she had when it was time to claim. You wait for a very long time on the phone to get through to their call Centre. Her car has been parked at the workshop for almost a week waiting for a claim to be processed. Please don't use these guys if you need piece of mind.
