Motor vaps customer service pathetic

Absolutely devastating experience from motor plan direct I had called in this morning for assistance for a police policy, the *********** consultant could not assist me accordingly and she cut my call. I have left numerous callback for them to call me but noone is returning my call. I have sent the Facebook team department messages to assist, they cannot.
