Motor Plan Dirct

I got a problem with Motor Plan Direct. The reason are as follows I sign up for a Warranty plan for November 2022, but the agent starts it on the 31 October 2022 but that's not what I want because they deduct now already a premium on the 26th of October 2022 where they supposed to deduct only on the 15th of November 2022, they are a lot of ****** look like they need money for mahalla
