I'm very much disappointed, when I joined they said my first service will be at 165000 km, when I called for booking they changed it to 172405 KM, I called them on Thursday morning, to book and they responded on Friday, I had to book my vehicle for Monday

I'm very much disappointed, when I joined they said my first service will be at 165000 km, when I called for booking they changed it to 172405 KM, I called them on Thursday morning, to book and they responded on Friday, I had to book my vehicle for Monday, Monday when I got to the service my km where more than that cos I had to travel on weekend, and I had to pay 10% of the service fee. I'm thinking of cancelling the service plan service with them.
