Do not trust this company with your claim, they simply do not assist

I have been trying to process a claim for 5 weeks with no luck. Every person I have spoken to promises to assist, get a line manager to help or states that this will be processed same day. However this is not the case at all.

My opinion is that they will avoid you completely when you try to process a claim but are more than happy to take your debit orders.

This is genuinely starting to feel like a **** of a company that provides no real services.

Also **** reviews it seems so by average they should have a 2 star rating.
