Cover did not operate as I understood it with less than 10% paid for repairs of R 160k
Cover did not operate as I understood it with less than 10% paid for repairs of R 160k. The settlement process is also near impossible with no clear guidance on what is included in the settlement amount and one then has to guess how to alter the invoice to precisely match what is approved. Very painful experience all round.
