Complain

They were calling me non stop before I sign up for a service plan with them and I took a service plan that include campbelt replacement since my car was about to reach 120k kilos so once my car reach 120k kilos i took my car to Audi workshops for service and Audi workshop did a Quotation of about R16042 for the full service and when I log a claim and send that quotation to Motor plan Mvia insure to pay Audi so they can service my car they send me back feedback that they will only pay R11824 that some basic parts like brake fluid they will not cover it now I have to pay R4300 difference for everything to be covered I will not recommend anyone to join this company
