Claim Rejected

My tire was damaged on Saturday when I was going to Rusternburg. I tried calling your contact center and you are not working over the weekend. I had to replace my tire because I was far away from home. Now I tried to get you to reimburse me and I am being told that I have no authorization. Please assist with resolving this.
