Cancelation my Warranty and Service Plan

I send E Mails to Info and to an agent that worked at Motor Plan Direct about a question but they don't even read or answer my e mails so I'm really not happy about the situation. An agent phone me and when I asked them to send prove of my cancelation but nothing happens. I did send the emails after the phone calls but without any luck.
