Poor service

I purchased a Car Magazine Subscription on the 17/03/2020. Only to receive my first issue in September after countless emails. From there it has been an ongoing nightmare for them and their distribution company to deliver to the correct address. Every two months I must go searching for my magazine. Car Magazine themselves do not help and forward you to their even worse distribution company namely Arena Africa from whom you cannot get an answer regardless of countless emails and correspondence sent.

I have plenty of items sent to my address from various companies but it somehow eludes Car Magazine and Arena Africa.
