Pathetic service and lack of response to email or phone
I have been a long term subscriber to Car Magazine but following my experience to renew my current subscription I will be cancelling and will hopefully get my money back. There is no way to communicate with Car by email or phone or its subscription agent Arena Africa. Pathetic Service!

23 Jul 2021, 17:20To be fair I was contacted by Car Magazine and they sorted the problem very quickly. I even received a missing back issue by courier. Kudos for good service recovery.
