Lack of delivery

Was (past tense now) a subscriber since 1983 and still have a subscription. Unfortunately, they haven't delivered my magazine since the Oct 2020 issue. Used to be like clockwork but the new distributor is pathetic. When they eventually responded to a query, they told me my address was incorrect. So you manage to deliver for years and then my address changes by itself? Really? Guess my banking details changed too so you won't be getting any more of my money. End of an era.
