Car dealer issue

<p>I brought a car from a dealer </p> <p>Emmotors in PTA gazina 4 weeks</p> <p>8 go the cad disc expired in jaunary 2016 and the permit has expired I have asked for this this and the dealer told to go to post office for a new disc but they could help be ouse the car is not on my name I have contacted the I have even lost count I can't drive the car freely yet I still have to pay for it end of the month and the response I got from them is last week they said I need to go to midrand for the disc just like any customers I ask what do I produce when I get the as the car is still under some else's name ,they ended up saying they will get for last wensday still nothing from them they haven't contacted me am having sleepless nights about this.I have addressed the matter with the bank that financed MFC me am getting no help. how does one pay for something she cant use..kindly advise please </p>
