Worst place to buy a car from

<p>we went into car king boksburg, we purschase a Golf 6 2011 model, as soon as the deal was approved i had to call the dealership the whole time, there was some work that had to be done on the car that was agreed on between us and them, so after a struggle eventually i could sign a letter to borrow my own car that i purshased from them for the weekend, but need to return it on the monday morning at 8 am for it to go to panel beater I was told infront of witnesse that it will take 2 to 3 days? I was fine with that, the dealer priceble told me that if i bring it in monday morning they will have a loan car ready for me. I mailed Gregg that Friday afternoon asking for the spare key of the car he then called me saying there is no spare key, i said then i dont want the car he said he will speak to his boss and see what they can arrange then get back to me, that sa****ay morning I drove to the dealership as Gregg never called me back, Martin then told me no he will cut a spare key for me and again asked me to have the car back by monday. monday morning 8am got there as promised the loan car will be ready nothing has been done yet again??? they filled in the documentation for loan unit Martin said to Gregg just go show them the loan car, Gregg gave us the key saying the car is around the corner no inspection nothing was done not even did they show us were is the car. the next day i mailed gregg and told him i cant drive this car the clutch is something wrong with its to hard, I got called and phoned by gregg to tell me maybe i should gym then maybe i will be able to drive their cars???? And that i drove a tazz so what is my problem???? I then rep**** i dont want another loan car and want to cancel the car deal. i then received an email from i believe gregg wife that i cant cancel the deal and its not Gregg fault but Martin fault so there and then they took my CPA rights away??? Wednesday came and was a public holiday no car after i got promised 2 to 3 days max so thursday came also no car but Gregg then called my dad crying to my dad that i have been difficult this caused a major family fight!!!! so Thursday we on day 4 i dont get calls from them to an Update i need to call them everytime, so Thursday I drove to them spoke to Martin then got informed that i will only have my car back Friday morning at about 10am that makes it day 5???? Friday morning I then asked k so can i come fetch my car it got moved to 12 then to 2 then to 5pm everytime i had to call them they dont call me. I then eventually called to speak to the owner as i now really want to cancel not only did they caused me a horrified time and money by calling them but they also caused a major family fight!!!! I got throught to Erika and shall i say very nice and polite lady she called me back maybe 4 times i nearly had an heart attack coz now i got call back from car king Erika, eventually the owner called me Elia also very nice guy, he brought the car to me himself that afternoon on day 5 at 17:32, i checked the car now the door had a new scratch and the front grill was broken i called my dad we decided to take the car as we were assusred this all will be fixed and a new grill ordered and put in the grill takes about 2 to 3 days to order under those conditions I accepted the car, Monday came again Wesley came and fetched the car, he dropped it at about 3 that same day door has now been fixed, my wife and son stood there with me he said look your grill everything is 100% . when i took the car to my dad in vereeniging we saw that that is no new grill but it has been stuck with glue ???????? i called Wesley and confronted him about it now apparently he used the wrong words he is still waiting for the grill???? i was never told that i was told everything is 100%, all of a sudden the next day i got pictures that my grill is there. I went there again monday morning for them to put new grill in.... Martin busy typing on his cellphone doesnt even look up and leave the phone to talk to me said wait till Keith comes then he willfit it, now im waiting again Wesley got there he said lets just quickly drive down and put grill in why couldnt Martin do that??? then i asked a bit later were is my licence disck I was told no my father needs to pick it up in Vereeniging and that no where in the contract states that they need to do that???? IS THIS THE SERVICE A CLIENT SHOULD GET???? DID I MENTION EVERYTIME I CALLED GREG HE DIDNT GIVE ME TIME TO TALK HE JUST SPOKE OVER ME LIKE IM A LIL KID!!!! I WOULD ADVISE NO ONE TO DEAL WITH THIS PLACE EVER YOU CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT SERVICE AS THERE IS NO SERVICE</p>
