Taken for a ride.

So I paid 15k on the 6th of October ( and signed the contract) and 15K on the 27th October. Making up the Deposit of 30K. The first months debit order went off, but i managed to get that returned to me, thank goodness! I got the car on the 27th, the car would not go into 1st gear,the red oil light goes on and off, the car veers to the left when you let go of the steering wheel, and the tyres are smooth. There was out there was a knocking sound and two oil leaks! They asked me to bring it back immediately, but i did not want to drive the car back in such a condition as if something else breaks they could blame me! The car has been there still being repaired and they refuse to give my deposit back! I do not want this death trap. I have contacted the SA Consumer Council. All they salesman keeps saying is you loose your deposit. But I DO NOT WANT THIS PIECE OF **** CAR!!!
