Potential Code 3

Bought a Vehicle from the Car King in Boksburg in Jan 2014 and tried to sell it 11 months later privately. The potential buyer app**** for finance though Wesbank. Wesbank picked up on the HPI(vehicle background check) that a claim was put in on the vehicle for between 70 and 80k. The car King assured me the vehicle was accident free, so I asked them for a copy of their HPI done on the vehicle before I purchased it and they cant provide me with one. They say the original HPI is in a container somewhere and is a hassle to get hold of. They cant even provide me with the invoice of the company/dealership they purchased the vehicle from before selling it to me. Its been 2 months now and I still have nothing. So right now I feel as if I may have paid 110k for a code 3 vehicle which is possibly only worth 50k. Wish I knew what my options were. A word of advice \stay away from the Car King and Zane Pickl "
