Poor Service

<p>We purchased a used vehicle a chev Utility 1.3 Club D 2014 for Car Kind in Boksburg.</p> <p>we had the vehicle for 2 weeks then we had to purchase new tyres, wheel balancing.</p> <p>Then we had the car serviced and the machanic put it on a dignostics tester, it showed that there was a fault on both the</p> <p>Air flow meter</p> <p>Manifold tempreture meter.</p> <p>we brought this to their attention and the Rep at car king " Corne" is giving us the run around cause the car is under warantee for 6moths after date of purchase. which gives us 1 month eft for them to sort out the problem.</p> <p>now we are experiencing even more problems the vehicle wont start so we dont know if it is the starter, the battery or the alternator.</p> <p>we have a compant that maintains koi ponds and our staff that have clients to attend to daily.</p> <p>so it impossible to un a succesful business with an unreliable vehicle, that that supp**** to us by Tha Car Kind in Boksburg.</p> <p>We were invoiced for the amount of R153,900 and we want to trade it if a demo model or a brand new vehicle. they offered us R100,000 so we loose out on R53.900 and we must still add the short fall onto the new vehicle.</p> <p>this is not fair and it will not go down.</p> <p>we have been patient but this is not justic and Car king is not a company to be trusted if you want a reliable second hand vehicle. They are the last car company yu want o approach. </p>
