Waiting for finance

My fiance contacted Car King regarding financing. The finance was approved and they said that they will be in contact with him with the amount that he qualifies for. This is almost a week ago and they have not contacted him yet. It's a urgent matter but it doesnt seem important to them. Do you have to be a millionaire with lots of money just to get some decent respect and service.
