Car key experts, not so expert in communication

Bad service on customer interaction Twice i tried using them but it seems communication isnt a strong suit. I suggest they get someone on that platform that knows how to offer good business etiquette and also understand the clients communication

Twice i tried using them, and twice i was left with a short and rude answer. Not sure if they depend on clients to make a living, or maybe this is a second on-the-side business for them. But i got an attitude of inability; A. to want to listen to my problem and B. offer good constructive feedback that RELATES to my problem.

Will never use them again. Even if they the last company left. Id rather fix things myself.
