SAU car insurance

The service being offered by SAU car insurance the the lowest I’ve ever received anywhere I phoned to cancel the insurance and they did not cancel it instead the debited at month end I phoned to follow up and have the debit reversed 10 days later they have not reversed it the lady tells me today they there’s nothing on the system that states they have to reverse the debit order as it was cancelled a month ago now it is only getting logged today meaning it’s another 7 days waiting period , i certainly will never recommend this insurance service to anyone
