OVER TWO YEARS FOR A SERVICE AND STILL NO VEHICLE

Our vehicle went in for a service and cambelt change on 4th January 2013. To date I have no vehicle. The whole mess started with them snapping a valve in two and destroying the head, damaging the injectors etc. etc. etc. After fighting with them for about a year to sort the car out, the battery went flat. They then CHARGED THE BATTERY INCORRECTLY AND BLEW THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM !!! The last year has been a nightmare of phoning, fighting and no joy. We are told that the management system is now functioning, but they are still having problems with the injectors. The injectors have been back and forth time and again and we are still no further. The motoring ombudsman will not assist because they are NOT RMI REGISTERED. This, despite the fact that I have photos of the RMI logo on their windows (which have since been removed) and to ad insult to injury they charged VAT on the original invoice and I can find no proof that they are VAT registered. We suspect that the parts used so far have been taken from other vehicles and not the original parts from the vehicle. Where to from here ???
