Refund

I cancelled a car rental booking and i have to be refunded but to my disappointment i have not yet been refund. The booking was made in January this year when i called the refund department Joanne keeps on saying the refund will paid on Friday now its 3 months down the line she has not done so, every time i call her she says it will paid Friday.This is the worst service that is rendered by Joanne specifically because she keeps on laying to the customer.
