Terrible Service - Con Dealership!

What a terrible experience! DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership. My husband purchased a vehicle from The Car Emporium in May 2021, we dealt with Tashreeq. We were told there is a service plan (along with many other extra benefits) included in the monthly installment at an additional cost. We purchased a Golf 6 GTI, obviously, we had to make provisions and include a motor and service plan considering the type of vehicle. In Jan 2022 the car was due for a service - Firstly we were told to take the car to any "RMI approved mechanic" which my husband did. Keep in mind this mechanic is not affiliated with the dealership in any way, a colleague referred my husband to this mechanic. Once the car was evaluated (before the mechanic agreed to proceed with the service) it turned out there were so many major issues with the vehicle, the mechanic advised there was NO WAY that this vehicle could have been Dekra or Road-worthy approved. Basically, we were sold a pile of ****! Long story short, the mechanic refused to work on the car. My husband reached out to Tashreeq (part-owner of the dealership) who then referred my husband to another mechanic who would do the service (obviously a "connection" of his) Tashreeq/Shavir then advised my husband would need to pay this mechanic cash out of his pocket and they would reimburse my husband the next day. Up until today almost 2 months later, we are still waiting for this reimbur*****t, and bear in mind we pay for a service plan every month. We call and message Shavir and Tashreeq every single day. They ignore our calls and messages. Please tell me what innocent people like us can do in this situation? It is not fair for useless and con dealers like this to rip us off and we have to stand by and bear the brunt of having to lose so much cash and being so gullible by just trusting what they promised. NEVER EVER again will I ever step foot in this dealership.
