Worst Service Ever (No feedback and when they responed they lie)

Car Doctor Secunda is the worse, I had a minor accident where my mirror and window got damaged, my insurance told me to take my car to Car Doctor Secunda of which I did and everything on my insurance side was approved within 2days. I called car doctor and they said 2 weeks they will be done with my car and 1 month later, they not done, telling me my parts are out of stock and a shipped in SA, they lying every single time I do follow- ups. Firstly rude Nico, was answering my calls regarding my car and Sonja faulting to do get be to me on WhatsApp. I got Jaco and still **** about parts arrival date and when I did a follow-up it's not longer the 27 July and Jaco is not answering my Whatsapp. very disappointed by the level of service they provide. Even my insurance QUICKSURE failed me. Never will I take my car to Car Doctor
