Refund on a Loan for a vehicle

<p>At the end of November 2016 I heard about this dealership and was advised to inbox on Facebook, I did so and they responded quickly, everything was going fine, I was pre approved for finance and I was shown a Toyota Etios that I immediately fell in love with, by then it was already mid December and I told them that I'll be able to come in the new year (2017) I then spoke to them to tell them I'm coming on the 7th of January to sign documentation and fetch the car, when we got there we were told that the vehicle has been sold and they wanted me take others but I was skeptical, we then left without the car and they promised to look for another Etios which they did and my sister went to test drive and was happy with it but but I was still skeptical, the Manager (Azeem) then called me to find out if I'm still interested I told him my family advised me not to trust them again, and I asked them to cancel the deal, to my suprise on the 15th February the bank deducted 2 months installment , I then informed the Manager of AW Autohaus he told me to email him my bank statement showing the deductions which I did, I told them I no longer need a car now as I'm in financial crisis, on the 24th of February they deposited the 1st month installement I called and left messages for the manager he didn't come back to me until today 27th February when they deposited the 2nd month installment, I tried to call them back to find out about the rest of the money because the bank deducts from me , I couldn't get hold of the Manager. Hopefully they will sort it out soon</p>
