Misleading and fals advert clip

Ok so i just want to find out what can i do i watched a advert clip of a car dealership that went as follow: One guy said to the dealer he doesnt have money the dealer then rep**** you dont need money do u have a id and driverslicence and the customer said yes. 45min later the customer was driving a golf5. Now what i want to know is. What can i do can i demand a car without having money and they must give me one?
