Defects at a BMW 320i 2008 model

<p>To whom it may concern:</p> <p>On the 5th of August 2016 my son Logan Cyster was buying a BMW 320i 2008 model at Autohaus in Goodwood, Cape Town. He was bought the car for me, his father Deon Papier. During the transaction the sales guy by the name of Donavan and his other colleagues were very helpful till the final paper was signed. I, Deon Papier observed a few defects before the car leaves the showroom. I informed Donavan and also the senior manager by the name of Shiraz. This guy Shiraz told Donavan to sort out these defects but in vain. The air conditioner system was not working, only warm air was coming from system, but eventually they fixed it, the front door handle at passenger side not fixed, the lighter system not working, after 4months I am still waiting for the DVD navigation system. After they fixed my air con system my tow bar was missing. I report this at numerous occasions to them but in vain. Last week I have a tyre burst at my rear left passenger side, I must replace both my rear tyres.The car was also handover to me without a lock nut system. During the week my wife was calling their offices and left massages for Shiraz to call her back but it looks like our problem does not bother him. We don’t want to talk to the sales person we want to talk to the boss. Since now the licence are not registered in my sons name because we are not happy the way they treat us with the above problems. These defect lists was drawn by me Deon and handover to them.</p> <p>What is the possibility is it too late to cancel the transaction or what are we supposed to do.</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Deon</p> <p> </p>
