bough a vehicle the had a breakdown in a month and 2 days dealer does not want to pay full amount

<p>Good day,</p> <p><br />kindly please assist with the attached complaint where I purchased a vehicle from Andre and Son motors a used car dealership in Kempton Park (contact person Andrea ********** ) and tool delivery of the vehicle on the 14 Jul 16 and it had a breakdown on the 16 Aug 16, there is a shortfall that needs to be paid over and above what the car warranty is paying and the dealership does not want to come to party in terms of taking full responsibility as per National Consumer protection act that states that the dealer is responsible for any breakdown within the first 6 months of taking delivery, the vehicle has been standing at the repair centre suggested by the warranty to me from 16 Aug 16 to date and has incurred storage fees where today they came up with 2 different quotes from their repairer (dealer) and expect me to arrange towing from Wilro park in the westrand to Eastrand at my cost, kindly please assist with getting the dealer to take full responsibility in terms of getting the vehicle fixed without me the consumer paying a cent towards repairing it. </p>
