Never signed up but money was debited

My car was involved in an accident last year. I received a call from car cure who wanted to install a tracking device in my car for R79 per month. I advised the agent that I did not have a car at that moment in time as it was at the panel beaters and for such a reason I do not want a tracking device as I was not sure when I would get my car back from the panel beaters and if there is no car, then what would the device be installed into? Just to make it clear , it was on recording and I clearly said that I do not want their services. They however have been deducting R79 from my account every month since that time without my consent and with no device installed in my car and without me ever signing up. I obviously did not notice this as no sms is sent to me from my bank for anything under R100. When contacting them they want to only refund me for 3 months IF the team leader gives the go ahead. I find this ridiculous and demand a full refund as I never signed up and it is on voice recording that I stated that I do not want their services.
