Friendly and Helpful Call Centre

I recieved a call from someone wanting to sell some valued added product to me (car Cure) and I wasn't sure what this product was - or what it even did - needless to say when i asked all the questions the agent had all the answers - no hesitation and no script reading. I didnt purchase the product over the phone but i went away with an idea and signed up online. I just wanted to say that your agents are knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. Thanks
