06/09/2026 - approx 09:00 - ACCIDENT I had an accident on 06/09/2026 at approx 09:00. I did NOT cancel my insurance. I was covered at the time of the accident.

06/09/2026 - SAME DAY - CLAIM LODGED I lodged Claim ***. My vehicle was towed to Auction Nation. I never gave any instruction to cancel my policy - not in app, not by phone, not by email, not by WhatsApp.

*Sept - Oct 2026 - CLAIM DISPUTE* My claim was rejected. I lodged a dispute. Case *** was opened with OMinsure Dispute Resolution - Thulile / Nadine handling.

Thulile confirmed in writing that there were NO storage fees due before the rejection. My vehicle stayed at Auction Nation while dispute was investigated.

*Oct / Nov 2026 - AUCTION NATION STORAGE* Auction Nation sent SMS confirming my vehicle storage was FREE until 11 Nov 2026.
