Worse shape than when taken in

While driving my car just all of the sudden didn't want to go into gear. A very friendly man at Car City told me (after roughly looking under and through the car) that the gearbox is the problem. Instead of fixing the problem, the company decided that they first have to strip the car (R2 500) to find out what the problem is, eventhough they already knew. Roughly 2 weeks later I phoned them, asked that they can send me the invoice. This took 2 days of phone calls untill I finally emailed them and only then got a response. I phoned 7 times giving my email address. Eventhough they have it on my sign-in papers.<br> <br> When I went to get my car (R2 500) later, it was an empty shell. Every thing was in a box, even the wheels. They told me I won't be able to transport it, as the engine is still loose and hanging for its life on a rope. What do I do now?<br> <br> They charged me a further R2 500 to put the car back together. Again it took an entire day and many phone calls to recieve an invoice. As I am at work, I had to send someone to go pick up my car. The car wouldn't start, nothing has been fixed.
