Unacceptable service

In March I took my car in for a service at the Constantia Kloof branch. My car was working fine until the service when they told me that my fuel pump is damaged and needs to be replaced as it does not start anymore. My car was starting just fine before but hey they fix cars so they know better. I paid for a new fuel pump and thought all was well.

On the 25th of August my car had to be towed because it was doing the same thing it was doing when I was told my fuel pump was damaged. My insurance took it to the nearest service place which was at BMW Sandton since I was in Sunninghill. On the 31st of August they diagnosed the car and to my surprise they tell me that the fuel pump is damaged. I told them not to fix the car as I need to take it to Service City as I have already paid for a new fuel pump.

But now I was charged R1300 for a diagnosis by BMW for a problem that I have fixed and need to pay another R1000 to tow the car. Money that O should not be spending as I have fixed the problem.

I am beyond upset because my car was working fine before I took my car on for service with your company and I did not argue with them and paid for the new pump and now I have to pay another R2300 for what?????
