They don't know how to speak with clients

This was the most pathetic service that I have ever recieved. I went to johannesburg eloff Car City Services on 10 May 2022. When I arrived all was okay until I got the phone call saying my insurance won't pay for everything and I have to pay short fall of R5000 if I want them to replace my patrol pump and when I say don't have it the manager started to shout at me telling me that I have to make a plan . This was really pathetic and useless. They dont even deserve a one star rating
