R32000 vs R0 ???

<p>My car had a rattle so after some months of it gradually getting worse I took it to Car Service City - they quoted me for a completely new front suspension, shocks and brake pads = total over R32000. My car is worth about R50000 - so in total shock I took it to the guy down the road and he tightened a few nuts and bolts, not more rattle AND he confirmed that suspension and shocks were fine! What a complete and total *******!!! </p>
