Pathetic service from Car City Services Drubanville

This was the most pathetic service that I have ever recieved. I went to Durbanville Car City Services on 22 November 2021. When I arrived all was okay until I got the phone call to say that my car is done. They quoted me R30 000 to fix my car and said my turbo is a problem. I paid R1 900 for a major service which after conformung 2 times with the lady on the phone when I made a booking that it is a major service. All that was done on my car was an air filter oil filter and oil was changed thats it. My car was not even washed after being promoted to be done on the website. There was oil hand marks all over my car. My handbrake was not adjusted after being promoted to be done on the website. This was not worth the money. No spark plugs were changed. This was really pathetic and useless. They dont even deserve a one star rating
