Lying pathetic Car Service

I went to car city service in Claremont called and was quoted a service of R2750. However when booking in the vehicle I tell the manager I have been at 2 car places in the week regarding my tyres and was advised the tyre sensors were faulty. I clearly stated please see to the tyre sensors and my car lights as this is for my safety. I got to work extremely late and even thou my car was booked early I only got results for my car at 5:30pm. The manager called and said after checking unfortunately my quote comes to 11k I asked where must I cough up 11k and also was my car's tyres sorted and lights. He comforted me that they done a balancing on my tyres that sorted out my alarm and my car is all sorted which is included in the 11k. I told the manager I can't afford the 11k I brought the car in for my tyres sensor and lights. I'l keep to the 2750 and the lights cost and tyres cost. The manager made me believe that I had risky features that needed looking into and said they would charge me 6900 I said I really can't afford this amount as the removed my gasket check and flush from the quote. He said ohk fine i'l give you a discount remove the lights from the quote and charge u 5808. I was ohk i'l see what I can do. I made an arrangement and agreed to 5808. I trusted that everything that was required to be done on the car was done and checked. By the way diagnostic checks was part of the service cost. When I collected the car and drove it home immediately my tyres light went on, I went to the garage as I would normally do if this happens and the lights didn't go off. I called the manager again an he made as if I don't know anything about my car and wanted to give me a back door solution to get the alarm off. This ****ed my off and told my husband to call. My husband spoke to the manager and he said I should bring in the vehicle knowing that they don't care that u have to go to work after u dropped the vehicle my husband arranged for the vehicle to be dropped on a Saturday. I get to the garage waited almost 2 hours for some guy that made the first quote to say you sensor is faulty it's not our fault and u not covered. It will cost u R800 or more. I explained to this guy what was discussed with to the manager and that I dropped my car intially for my tyres sensor, I was quoted for a tyre check that was never even done, **** to about pricing paid R5808... Would have paid 11k and still deal with *****s that don't listen to clients when they advised they went to a garage and u tell them to check the sensors. They are hard headed greedy , inconsiderate money chasing service that do a half ass job. Be careful as to they give u discounts as they call it, an won't help u if it's not on an invoice. So if u come for a rattle and they use bubble gum to fix it, and charge u for that bubble gum and say they helped u after taking Ur money. Don't dare going back if the bubble gum falls off as they will charge u another 11k to do that for u. Extremely irate. They not worth using. The will Rob you and after the rich.
