Hows this for bad service!

Taking my car in for a service, I thought will be expensive and also an experience on the same day, as it is my first car. Taking my car in on Friday, the worker told me my car would be ready on Saturday. Later Friday night the worker called me explaining what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost. I told him that they should leave it, as a clerk do not have triple his salary for a service to pay. The next morning I got a call from the reception lady and she told me my service is done I can come fetch my car. Shocked I asked how much and why did they do it. Luckily it was not the same amount as first quoted, but still a large amount! Deciding to let it go, I went to go fetch my car and paid the amount, despite of me telling them not to do it, but they still did. I got into my car, and it started, but would not move. So I did not understand, cause my car was 100% when I brought it there, now they want to give me a car that works 80% back? I told them that I do need my car before a certain time, I still have meetings to attend on Saturday. I spoke with various people, including an Operations manager, who said that he would call me back in half an hour. At about 14:00 I tried calling all the numbers I had, cause no one got back to me. No one answered as they had left for weekend. Leaving me with no car and no explenation as to where my car is of what is wrong? Monday came and I had to drive to work, obviously I couldn't, and had to get Uber to drive me 25km to my work. To crown the king, the people did not even have the audasity to call me on Monday morning teling me what is wrong, so I called them. Laughing in my face the worker said that things like this happens. The problem with the car has nothing to do with the service. So they can't do anything about it. Still they can not take responsibility for the car, and still they can't tell me what is wrong, only telling me, they think it is electronically with the gearbox.
