Horrible customer service

I took my wife’s car to be checked after it was serviced last month. The drove the car 42KM without doing anything on the car. How is that possible. Last they broke the rear light while replacing the globe which we paid R250 for a globe. What a horrible experience with Car City Linmeyer.
